Authorial Power, Authoritarianism, and Exiled Intellectuals: Syria and Turkey

Abstract How does a crisis of the state and its ‘emergency politics’ lead to intellectual, or what it mean be an intellectual in our contemporary conjuncture beyond Western clichés universalistic bias their declinist arguments?
